Profile

I have rebuilt organisations as an advisor and led them myself, most recently with full accountability for results as CEO of Canna Capital Group AG. Since 2012 I've advised through my own company, among others industrial corporates, international organisations such as GIZ and Greenpeace, as well as UN entities and national governments.

I have worked across all six continents and in more than 48 countries, in contexts where structure doesn't mean the same thing everywhere, and where decisions come about differently. I use AI operationally, in financial modelling and forecasting, in strategy and organisational design, and in facilitation.
