We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and respond to your enquiries. This website uses no cookies, no tracking, and no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data on our behalf, for example IP address, date and time, the page accessed, and browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data.

4. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, phone or by booking a call, we process the details you provide, typically name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We generally retain it for up to 120 days after the enquiry is closed, longer only if a mandate results or a statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Booking a call via Zcal
To book a call, we link to the scheduling service Zcal (zcal.co). Clicking the link takes you to a third-party site outside this website. Any details you enter there (for example name and email address) are processed by Zcal under its own privacy policy. This may involve a transfer abroad, including to the United States. You are equally welcome to contact us by email or phone instead.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not generally disclose personal data to third parties. Independent consultants collaborating on a specific project may gain access to project-related information. This requires the client's consent, which we obtain at the start of the engagement.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to third-party services, for example LinkedIn. Clicking through, the respective provider's privacy policy applies. No third-party content is embedded within this website.
8. Data transfers abroad
We do not routinely transfer personal data abroad. Exceptions are the call-booking service named in section 5 and the location of the hosting provider named in section 3.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive a copy of your data, to the extent provided for by applicable law. Please write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
