I come myself and carry the responsibility from the first conversation to the handover. Where a project needs further expertise, I bring in selected specialists from my own network, people I have already worked with.

I analyse the starting situation, we develop the target structure together with your teams, I support the staffing, and I hand over only once the structure holds without me.

A genuine transformation process starts at three months. The exact duration depends on the size of the organisation and the scope of change. For leadership architecture work, it's typically three to six months, part-time.

With a 15-minute introductory call, by video or phone. This is followed by a 60-minute deep-dive on the starting situation, then a proposal.
