Almost every company is investing in AI right now. Hardly any see it in the result. 88 percent of organisations now use AI regularly in at least one business area. But only around 4 in 10 can name any measurable effect on the bottom line at all.
The difference between the few who genuinely benefit and the rest isn't the tool. Only 5 percent count as truly future-ready. They achieve five times higher revenue growth and three times higher cost savings than the rest. The gap is widening, not closing.
This is exactly the point at which systemic organisational consulting becomes more important today, not less. A model can calculate, suggest, phrase. Whether it fits the existing decision-making pathways, whether it shifts accountability, whether the organisation still functions without it — no model answers that. That's answered by whoever understands the organisation as a system.
